Return Process
If you’re not fully happy with your order, returning it is simple. Just send the item back to our return address at 2370 Mt Diablo Scenic Blvd, Danville, CA 94506, USA. Our return and refund policy is made to be clear and hassle-free, prioritizing your satisfaction.
Return Procedure
- For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package to request a return or exchange. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.
- For all other returns or exchanges, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with tags, accessories, and packaging included. You can initiate a return on our website or by emailing our support team.
Please note:
- Custom-made or personalized items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The cost of return shipping for non-defective items must be paid by the customer.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days using your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.
- If a product becomes defective after the 30-day return period, we will offer a repair or replacement when applicable.
- If the item has already been manufactured and you request a return, only 70% of the order value will be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — processing times can vary.
- Get in touch with your bank.

Sale Items
Please note that refunds are only available for full-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original buyer.

- Return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
- For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
