Flexenteeco Intellectual Property Policy

Flexenteeco operates an online platform for users to create and sell custom-designed apparel and merchandise. To ensure a fair and respectful creative space, we strictly forbid the use or sale of content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and similar legal protections.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated on Flexenteeco, please follow the steps below to submit a report.


A. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

Content Removal

Once we receive a valid complaint, Flexenteeco will promptly act to remove or disable access to the disputed content in good faith.

Repeat Violations

Users who are subject to multiple valid complaints risk permanent suspension of their accounts.

To report an infringement, please send a notice to our Designated Agent that includes the following:

  • Description of the intellectual property (e.g., registered copyright or trademark), including any applicable registration numbers.
  • Information on the infringing content, including:
    • Explanation of how the content violates your rights.
    • The URL or specific page where the material appears on Flexenteeco.
  • Your contact details, including full name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A sworn declaration under penalty of perjury confirming the content is being used without proper authorization.
  • A statement verifying that the provided information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

B. After Receiving an Infringement Notice

  • Content Removal: Flexenteeco will take prompt action to remove or block access to the reported material.
  • User Notification: The affected user will be informed about the removal.
  • Repeat Offenses: Repeated infractions may lead to permanent account deactivation.

C. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or that you are legally allowed to use it, you can submit a counter-notification including the following:

  • Details of the removed content, including its previous location on our platform.
  • A sworn statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was mistakenly removed or wrongly identified.
  • Your full contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in your location (or Flexenteeco’s jurisdiction if outside the USA).
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, Flexenteeco may notify the original complainant. Unless legal proceedings are initiated, the content may be restored within 10–14 business days, at our discretion.


Important Notice

In accordance with Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any party who knowingly files a false infringement claim may be liable for damages, including legal fees.
